To offer our customers the best prices and quality all Shirts4Runners orders are fulfilled by Zazzle.com.  Our shipping, payment and refund policies are the same as Zazzle’s. These policies are subject to change, check Zazzle’s help section for the most up-to-date policies.

Domestic Shipping Services

Zazzle offers a wide variety of shipping options for orders shipped within the US. You can choose from Express, Two Day, Priority, Ground, Standard, and Economy services. If you need your order ASAP, Express shipping will deliver it to you in 1 to 2 business days from the date of shipment. Please allow 2 business days for our Two Day Service, 2-4 business days for Priority, 3-5 business days for Ground, 5-10 business days for Standard, and 5-12 business days for Economy. Available shipping options will vary depending on the product type, quantity ordered, and address type.

Tracking is only available for Ground, priority (via USPS.com), economy (via UPS.com), 2-Day, and Express shipments.

Special cases

  • If you request shipping to a PO Box, please choose Economy or Priority shipping option
  • If you request shipping to a APO/FPO location, please choose Priority shipping option.
  • If you request shipping to US territories, please be sure to choose the US Territory as the country and NOT the United States
  • Ground shipping, and economy shipping is not available to customers in Alaska or Hawaii.

A variety of carriers deliver your orders, but we are proud to use the United States Postal Service and UPS for most of our shipments.

Calculating your shipping rate

Because there are so many variables in generating a basic shipping quote, we recommend that you place a mock order, instead, to get the most accurate pricing figure.

You can generate your own price quote by adding the items you are considering for purchase to your shopping cart. You can check how much shipping would cost for a specific order by selecting the ‘Checkout Now’ button in the Shopping Cart. Then enter a shipping address and click the ‘Ship to this address’ button. The various available shipping options and relative pricing will be displayed. This page will also reflect an overall price for the order, including product, tax (if applicable) and shipping**.

Please note, if you generate a quote using this method and return to zazzle.com at a later time to make a purchase, the price generated during that checkout session is the price you will pay. Any price generated at an earlier session will not be honored.

**The cart does not reflect customs duties for internationally bound packages ordered through the Zazzle.com site. For more information on import taxes, please contact your local customs office.

Payment Methods

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal, as well as Zazzle earnings and gift certificates as payment.

We do not accept personal checks, cash, or money orders… or any other payments by regular, posted mail.

Returning Damaged / Defective Items

In cases of damage or defect, the return process can often be expedited by providing a digital image of the damage or defect (along with a clear description of the problem) in an email to our customer support team. In many cases, action (in the form of reprint or refund) can be taken as soon as substantiation of the claim has been provided by the customer.

If the damage / defect cannot be verified over the phone or via email contact, the item may be required to return to Zazzle for inspection before a determination can be made as to the state of the product.

Who covers the return shipping cost?

Zazzle will provide a prepaid return shipping label  in cases where items have arrived in damaged condition or are confirmed by a Zazzle representative to be defective.

For all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Under no circumstance does Zazzle reimburse (or provide credit) for return shipping costs incured by the customer. If a product is damaged or defective, the recipient must make arrangements with Zazzle support as to how the return should be handled prior to placing the items back in transit to Zazzle.

How to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)

Contact Customer Support through the online “Contact Us” form* to request Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You must make this request within 30 days of receiving the shipment.

  • Be sure to specify the reason for the return request in the body of your “Question,” and indicate any preference for replacement or a refund.
  • Select “Return Authorization Request” as the topic for your contact.
  • Once the topic is selected, you will be asked to define the product that you are requesting authorization for.
  • Use the Attach Documents field to proactively provide digital images of damaged or defective products.

What the Return Process Usually Entails

  1. Print and fill out the Zazzle Return form (usually included in the initial reply to your RMA request)
  2. Include the paperwork in your returning package along with your returning items.
  3. Write the RMA number conspicuously on the outside of the package to ensure proper routing upon receipt
  4. Ship the package to:

You will be notified when your return is received at our facilities with an indication as to what. If you have requested a refund, be advised that returning funds usually take 7-10 days to appear in the account used to make the purchase (depending on the processing speed of the bank that issued the funds).
